BoostBox H2

Founded in 2014, BoostBox H2 is an energy technology company based in Boulder, CO.

The number one pain point for the trucking industry is older diesel vehicles are under increased pressure to improve fuel efficiency and improve emissions.

Other solutions for lowering emissions are newer engines or post combustion filtration systems.  While those options do reduce emissions, they actually decrease fuel efficiency; increase system wear; and significantly increase maintenance costs.  Additionally, there is often a large down-time for filter regeneration and maintenance.

BoostBox H2 solves these problems by providing a fuel cell based hydrogen-on-demand solution for the diesel trucking industry.  BoostBox H2 clean technology adds a minute amount of hydrogen into the air intake of diesel engines. This hydrogen is used to more efficiently ignite and burn the available fuel faster, creating a more complete consumption of diesel (and reduction of wet stack). This results in reduced emissions of greenhouse gasses and particulates while simultaneously improving fuel.

Why choose BoostBox H2?  We push money to the bottom line, not out the tailpipe!
